You may cancel after payment if mould making has not begun; bank charges incurred by the refund are borne by the customer. Approval of the production design files starts the mould-making stage, after which the order cannot be cancelled. Inspect the goods within 3 days of receipt and report any issues to C-Creation. If no issue is reported within this period, the goods are considered accepted as conforming. For major defects or batch defects affecting more than 10% of the order quantity, a remake or discount may be agreed through negotiation. Contact our team with the order reference, affected quantity and supporting photos or video so the issue can be reviewed.

Individuals, businesses, clubs and organisations can order custom challenge coins from C-Creation, with a minimum order quantity of 1 piece. Share your purpose, artwork and quantity so we can recommend a suitable specification. You must own or have permission to use the submitted logos and artwork.

The minimum order quantity is 1 piece. You can start with a single custom coin or a small trial order. Mould and setup costs are spread across the order, so larger quantities generally reduce the cost per coin. Send your design, preferred material and quantity to C-Creation for a project quotation.

For a reference order of 100 zinc-alloy coins measuring 1.5 to 2 inches, the reference unit price is US$0.90–4.72. This is the coin unit price only and excludes mould fees, packaging and shipping. The final quote depends on the agreed design and specification. Larger orders generally spread setup costs across more pieces; ask us to compare quantities using the same specification.

Send the quantity, artwork or idea, approximate dimensions, material and finish preferences, packaging, destination and deadline. Our reference coin price excludes mould fees, packaging and shipping. The mould fee includes the sample fee and is not credited against the bulk order. Production design files, 3D images and revisions are free. The quotation confirms additional charges such as double-sided designs, custom packaging and rush service.

A mould fee covers the tooling for a new coin design and includes the sample fee. It cannot be credited against the bulk order. C-Creation stores moulds free of charge for two years. Reorders using the same stored mould do not require a new mould fee unless changes to the design or specification require new tooling. Send your previous order reference so we can check the mould before confirming a reorder.

C-Creation accepts Wise, Western Union, T/T bank transfer and Alipay. Full payment is required before production. Confirm the currency, amount and payment instructions on your quotation or invoice. Approval of the production design files starts mould making, after which the order cannot be cancelled.

C-Creation coordinates international shipping according to the destination, packed weight and volume, schedule and available service. Freight charges follow the quotation. Taxes are subject to the rules and charges of the destination country. Provide your delivery country and postal code so we can confirm the shipping service and estimated transit time; clarify any tax handling in the agreed delivery terms.

Yes. The minimum order quantity is 1 piece, including a custom 999 Silver coin. Tooling and other project charges still apply, so a one-piece order can have a higher cost per coin than a larger order. Send your design and dimensions for a quotation based on the daily silver price.

Yes. The front and back can have different artwork, and double-sided designs incur an additional charge. The amount depends on the approved artwork and production specification. C-Creation will include the applicable two-sided design charge in the quotation rather than treating the second side as automatically free.

A physical sample can be arranged when required.

Editable vector artwork such as AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF is preferred. C-Creation can also review high-resolution JPG, PNG, PSD, photographs, sketches and reference images. Include the front and back designs, exact wording and colour references. If you only have a logo or picture, we will assess what needs redrawing or simplifying before production artwork is prepared.

Yes, provided you own or have permission to use the image. Send the highest-resolution original available. Photographs, gradients and detailed illustrations are usually best reproduced with UV printing, while bold shapes and simplified linework can often be converted into enamel or 2D/3D relief. We review the image for resolution, contrast, small details and the final coin size. If necessary, we will suggest cropping, simplifying the artwork or combining relief with printing. The final appearance is confirmed in the production proof, and a physical sample can be arranged when colour or fine detail is critical.

Provide Pantone references or approved brand colour values and identify the areas intended for enamel, printing or metal finish. Colours can differ between a screen, a printed colour card and the finished metal coin. We show the intended colours in the production design files and use the physical sample for approval before bulk production. Do not assume an exact screen-to-metal match.

Zinc alloy is useful for complex cast shapes and deep relief. Brass and 999 Copper can provide a substantial feel and suit traditional struck detail. 999 Silver has a precious-metal cost basis and should be specified by weight as well as dimensions. Compare the artwork, construction, finish and budget together. C-Creation can provide material samples for purity testing at your request.

A common starting range is 1.5 to 2 inches, or approximately 38.1 to 50.8 mm. C-Creation’s planning template also includes larger options and a custom-size field. Choose the size around lettering, relief, handling and packaging. For an irregular shape, provide both width and height rather than a diameter alone.

Yes, these designs can be reviewed by C-Creation. Custom outlines, cut-outs, bottle-opener features and moving parts need enough material for strength and reliable function. Send a reference and intended use so we can assess the structure, edge treatment, packaging and cost. Functional features should be checked on the agreed sample before bulk production.

Yes. Depending on the coin diameter, thickness, outline and plating, options can include a standard smooth edge, rope, leaf, cross-cut, spur, oblique-line and bezel-style patterns, as well as edge lettering or numbering. The edge should support the main design rather than compete with it. Deep or detailed edge treatments need enough thickness, and some patterns cannot follow tight corners or complex custom shapes cleanly. We check the edge profile together with the overall dimensions and show the selected treatment in the production artwork before approval.

C-Creation can evaluate names, sequential numbers, dates and QR codes according to the artwork and production route. Supply a final data list and confirm the position, format and orientation. QR codes must be checked at their actual size on the chosen finish. Agree on the proofing process before production so spelling and data errors can be caught early.

Yes. Our support team can provide a planning template or guided specification sheet for the shape and construction you are considering. Templates help organise the front and back layouts, text, colours, plating, edge treatment, numbering and packaging before production artwork begins. You do not need a finished professional design to start. A logo, sketch, photograph, written idea or marked-up reference is enough for an initial review. We will translate the approved direction into production artwork for your confirmation.

The default packaging is an OPP bag. Custom options include transparent acrylic cases, flocked presentation boxes, wooden boxes and other packaging agreed for the project. Confirm the fit for the actual coin dimensions, branding and presentation needs. Packaging and its cost follow the quotation; the reference coin unit price does not include packaging.

Around 3 mm is a common starting point; the planning template also lists 3.5 mm and 4 mm options. The suitable thickness depends on material, relief, edge details and the weight you want. Glow-in-the-dark and glitter are listed in C-Creation’s coin planning options. Mark the areas where you want the effect so we can review compatibility with the artwork and finish. Ask to see the agreed effect on a sample when appearance is important. The final result should be assessed under the intended viewing conditions rather than from a screen image alone.

The manufacturing route is selected around the approved material, shape, relief and finish. Brass, copper and selected precious-metal coins can use die-struck or minted processes for crisp traditional detail. Zinc alloy is well suited to die casting, deep 3D relief, larger formats, custom outlines and cut-outs. A typical production sequence: • Production artwork: Confirm dimensions, front and back design, relief, colour, plating, edge, individual data and packaging. • Mold and tooling: Create the tooling required for the approved structure. • Forming: Strike, mint or cast the coin, then trim, cut out and deburr the metal. • Surface preparation: Polish, sandblast or texture the required areas. • Finishing: Apply plating, antique treatment, dual plating or other approved metal finishes. • Colour and details: Add soft enamel, hard enamel, printed colour, laser engraving, numbering or QR codes. • Assembly: Fit spinners, bottle-opener structures or other approved components when required. • Inspection and packing: Check the specification, appearance, function, quantity and packaging before shipment.

Your custom coins are made in China through production partners selected for the approved material, relief and finishing process. Our Foshan team coordinates artwork, sampling, production, inspection, packaging and international delivery.

Weight is determined by diameter, thickness, material, shape, relief, cut-outs and any moving or functional parts. A thicker or larger coin usually feels more substantial, but weight should also suit the intended use, packaging and shipping budget. As a rough reference for conventional metal coins around 3 mm thick: • A 1.5-inch coin may weigh about 1 oz / 28 g. • A 1.75-inch coin may weigh about 1–1.5 oz / 28–43 g. • A 2-inch or larger coin may weigh 1.5 oz / 43 g or more. These are planning estimates. Brass and copper are generally denser than zinc alloy, while cut-outs, recessed areas and hollow structures reduce weight. We provide an estimated weight after the dimensions and construction are defined and confirm the actual feel on the physical sample when required.

Quality means the finished coin matches the approved artwork and sample, functions correctly and remains suitable for its intended use. Key inspection points: • Artwork clarity: Text, logos and fine lines are readable at the finished size. • Dimensions and alignment: Diameter, thickness, outline and front-to-back orientation match the specification. • Relief and edges: Raised and recessed details are crisp, with no unwanted burrs or sharp areas. • Plating and surface: The finish is even, with the intended contrast and no obvious bare spots, bubbles, stains or unintended scratches. • Colour: Enamel or printing is clean, correctly positioned and reasonably matched to the approved colour reference. • Function: Spinners, openers, moving parts and fitted components operate as approved. • Personalisation: Names, numbering, codes and QR data follow the final list and remain legible or scannable. • Packaging and quantity: Coins are protected, packed in the approved presentation and counted correctly. Material choice and process should be judged against the design goal. For example, soft enamel has intentional recessed colour, while hard enamel is smoother. The approved physical sample provides the clearest quality benchmark for bulk production.

UV-printed coins use digitally applied ink that is cured onto the prepared coin surface with ultraviolet light. This process can reproduce gradients, photographs, illustrations, small colour transitions and complex multicolour artwork that would be difficult to separate into enamel areas. UV printing can cover selected areas or work together with metal relief, plating and enamel. It creates a printed visual layer rather than the recessed tactile colour of soft enamel or the smooth filled surface of hard enamel. Artwork resolution, contrast, base plating and protective surface treatment all affect the result. For projects where colour accuracy or very fine detail is critical, we recommend confirming the print on a physical sample before bulk production.

Sustainability requirements should be considered across the product, packaging and delivery plan. Available options depend on the approved design, quantity, destination and production route. We can evaluate: • Durable materials and finishes that extend the useful life of the coin. • Supplier routes using compliant plating and controlled production processes. • Right-sized packaging, reduced plastic, recyclable paper components and reusable presentation boxes. • Fewer unnecessary layers, accessories and mixed materials. • Consolidated shipments, sea freight or other delivery plans that can reduce air-freight use when the schedule allows.
