Common questions before a custom project starts.
What information is needed for a custom merchandise quotation?
Share the product or use, estimated quantity, destination, required date, available artwork and target budget. A complete specification is not required for the first review.
How should buyers compare materials and processes?
Compare appearance, durability, detail, unit cost, tooling, MOQ and the final use. A recommendation should state the trade-offs rather than only name one process.
When is a physical sample necessary?
Physical samples are most useful when color, weight, fit, function, finish or packaging feel carries material risk. Digital approvals may be practical for repeatable, lower-risk products when the schedule is fixed.
How does C-Creation control quality?
Quality control is based on the approved artwork and specification, sample or digital confirmation, production checkpoints and finished-goods inspection evidence agreed for the project.
