The project brief
The objective was to create a professional presentation suitable for recognition, corporate gifting, ceremonies, institutional events and special commemorative occasions. Rather than treating the coin and packaging as separate items, we planned the relief, color treatment, box material, insert and exterior branding as one coordinated solution.

A custom coin designed for clear, lasting detail
Raised metal details, recessed areas and contrasting color accents help the central emblem and surrounding text remain readable. Production planning considers small-letter clarity, line thickness, relief balance, plating, color matching, coin weight, edge treatment and durability.
Depending on the purpose and budget, similar commemorative coins can be developed in zinc alloy, brass, copper, stainless steel or 999 Silver, with gold, silver, nickel or antique finishes plus enamel color, UV printing or combined processes.
Velvet packaging strengthens the presentation
This project used a velvet box with outer dimensions of 120 × 90 mm (4.72 × 3.54 inches), a flocked EPE foam insert and a silver foil-stamped logo. Clear acrylic capsules protected the coins, while the fitted insert secured them inside the box.
The packaging both secured the coins and gave the complete presentation a more luxurious feel. For a similar project, box dimensions, the number of coins held, colour and material can all be customised.
