What is the MOQ for custom medals?
The minimum order quantity for custom medals is 1 pc.
Budgetary Price Reference: How much do 100 custom zinc-alloy medals cost?
For an order of 100 pcs of 70–80 mm custom zinc-alloy medals, the estimated mould fee is USD 80–200, with an estimated unit price of USD 2–4 per medal. These figures are for budget planning only. Final pricing depends on thickness, structure, colours, accessories, packaging and shipping destination. All prices must be confirmed based on your specific design and a formal quotation.
What does the one-time tooling fee cover?
The tooling fee is charged once. The mould belongs to the customer and can be reused for repeat orders. We store it free of charge for two years.
What is included in the 12-hour free proof?
The 12-hour free proof is a design file for sampling. It does not include revisions, and the 12-hour timing starts after the design elements are confirmed. A physical sample is separate and does not include revisions; its timing starts after the design proof is approved.
How long do proofing, sampling, production and shipping take?
The digital proof takes about 12 hours. A physical sample takes about 7–10 days. Bulk production takes about 15 days. DHL shipping takes about 7 days; DDP air freight takes about 18 days; DDP sea freight takes about 45–65 days. Actual transit time depends on the destination.
What information should I provide for an accurate quotation?
Please provide quantity, size, material, design or reference artwork, front and back requirements, colours, surface finish, ribbon, packaging, destination country, postal code and required date.
Can you match Pantone colours?
Yes. Pantone references can be used to control enamel, print and ribbon colour.
Can the ribbon and packaging be fully customized?
Yes. Ribbon colour, width, printed artwork, attachment and packaging can be developed together.
What certification or testing is available?
Testing and certification requirements are reviewed project by project according to destination, buyer standard and intended use.
