The minimum order quantity for custom badges and enamel pins is 1 pc. Tooling, material, process, fittings and packaging are confirmed in your quotation.
How much do custom zinc alloy badges cost, and do larger orders cost less?
For zinc alloy badges measuring 20–50 mm (approximately 0.79–1.97 inches), the reference unit price is US$0.90–4.00 per badge* at an order quantity of 100 pcs. For larger orders, such as 10,000 pcs of a single design, the unit price can be as low as US$0.30 per badge*, depending on the specifications. This is a possible volume price, not a guaranteed price for every design. Size, thickness, relief, finish, colour, fittings and quantity affect the final quotation. The mould fee is separate from the unit price; confirm packaging, freight and taxes in the quotation. * Price information is based on June 2026 reference levels. For zinc alloy badges measuring 20–50 mm (approximately 0.79–1.97 inches), the reference mould fee is US$50–130* for the design, quoted separately from the per-badge price. How long does sampling take?
A typical custom badge or enamel pin sample takes about 7 days after artwork and the production specification are confirmed.

What is the difference between soft and hard enamel pins?
