The project brief

The client needed a detailed organizational emblem that could be worn around the neck without permanent attachment to a uniform. We reviewed emblem proportions, metal finish, color separation, leather silhouette, edge finishing, chain attachment and individual packaging as one coordinated specification.

Metal presence with leather support

The custom metal badge sits on shaped black leather, creating a clear border against clothing and a more finished appearance than a loose metal piece. Shield, star, oval, round or fully custom shapes can use gold, nickel, antique brass, antique silver or black finishes, with enamel or UV color for unit-specific details.

A bead chain makes the badge easy to issue, remove and reassign across plain clothes, jackets, temporary-duty apparel or event uniforms. Chain length and fittings should always follow the organization’s own uniform and safety requirements.
