A fixed race date made every decision time-critical.
The client needed one practical keepsake for every participant without losing control of cost, quality or the event deadline. They supplied the preferred product appearance and logo files; we translated the brief into a production-ready bottle-opener fridge magnet.
We resized the product—not the ambition.
Instead of treating the target price as a simple discount request, we rebalanced dimensions, material usage, product function and freight cost. The selected size protected four essentials:

Measurement photos removed the wait for international sampling.
Clear caliper photos allowed the client to confirm real proportions and thickness quickly. Once approved, the 5,000-piece production run started immediately.

Can the product size be adjusted to meet a target budget?
Yes. We can balance artwork readability, opening function, material usage, packaging and landed freight cost before sampling.
Must a physical sample be shipped for approval?
Not always. Clear photos and video with measured dimensions can accelerate approval when timing is tight. A physical sample is still recommended when exact colour or tactile finish is critical.
What is normally included in a DDP quote?
The quoted scope can include factory pickup, export customs declaration, international freight, import clearance, duties and final delivery. The exact scope is stated in the quotation.
