One corporate identity across five very different products.
The New Zealand client needed an A5 linen notebook, travel bag, stainless-steel insulated bottle, keyboard-style keychain and screen cleaner for an anniversary program. Every product carried a customized logo, with 500 pieces per category.
The central risk was timing. There was no practical window for international physical sampling, but the entire collection still had to look coordinated and arrive as classified, ready-to-distribute goods.
Useful formats selected for work, travel and everyday visibility.
A5 linen notebooks
A tactile corporate stationery item with a practical 145 × 210 mm finished format.
Travel bags
Durable navy textile construction for an anniversary gift with lasting use.
Insulated bottles
Stainless-steel drinkware combining daily utility with prominent logo placement.
Keyboard keychains
A compact, playful branded accessory suitable for employees and event guests.
Screen cleaners
A lightweight tech accessory with reusable microfiber cleaning fabric and clip.

Digital proofs replaced the international sample round.
Skipping a physical sample does not mean skipping approval. Before bulk production, the client confirmed digital effect proofs covering logo placement, visible dimensions, colors and the appearance of each product.
- Production specifications lockedDimensions, materials, colors and logo positions were confirmed in writing.
- Effects approved digitallyVisual proofs allowed rapid decisions without sample-shipping time.
- Bulk production releasedAll five product categories entered a coordinated 20-day schedule.
For projects with sufficient time, physical samples remain recommended. This accelerated route is used only when specifications and approval responsibilities are clearly confirmed.
Different factories, one controlled project schedule.

Five product groups prepared for fast receiving and distribution.
Each category was packed and identified separately before consolidation. This prevented mixed counts, simplified receipt in New Zealand and made it easier for the client to distribute anniversary items by product group.
DDP air freight provided one door-to-door route covering the agreed export handling, international transport, import clearance, duties and final delivery.

Urgent corporate anniversary merchandise
Can a corporate gift order go directly to mass production without a physical sample?
Yes, when timing is critical and the client formally approves complete digital proofs, specifications, materials, colors and logo positions. Physical sampling is still recommended whenever the schedule allows.
Can five different corporate products be produced and shipped as one project?
Yes. Product categories can be coordinated through one approval schedule, production plan, classified packing process and consolidated shipment.
How long did this 2,500-piece anniversary project take?
Mass production for five categories—500 pieces each—was completed in 20 days after digital effect confirmation.
Can each product category be packed separately?
Yes. Classified packing by product, department, recipient group, region or event session can be planned before production.
Can corporate merchandise be delivered DDP to New Zealand?
Yes. A confirmed DDP air quotation can include export handling, air freight, New Zealand import clearance, duties and final delivery.
