Match the quantity, packaging and event date.
The beverage brand needed promotional products ready for an exhibition. The project combined an opener order below the standard minimum quantity, a bag that would fit the client’s beverage packaging box, and a fixed delivery deadline. Product choices had to work for the intended use and the available budget.

01 / STAINLESS STEEL OPENERS
A suitable specification at 200 pieces.
The opener range offered five size and thickness options. We helped the client choose the option that best suited the intended use and budget: an 18 × 4 cm stainless steel opener with a thickness of 1.5 mm and double-sided UV printing.

Although the standard minimum order quantity for this option was 500 pieces, we arranged 200 for this project, matching the client’s exhibition requirement.

Built around the beverage packaging box.
The client needed the bag to carry six bottles and accommodate the beverage packaging box. We recommended suitable dimensions based on that box and coordinated a custom size of 30 cm wide × 23 cm deep × 28 cm high.

We worked through several bag colour revisions during the design discussions before the client settled on white. The selected bag’s specified 10 kg capacity addressed the carrying requirement.

We coordinated both products for a combined DDP air shipment to Taiwan. The order reached the client on time, ensuring that the promotional items were available for use at the exhibition.
The result was 200 custom openers and 300 custom-sized bags delivered through one coordinated project, connecting product selection, small-quantity customisation, size recommendations, design revisions and delivery scheduling.
